Fees

Dr. Fennell charges fees consistent with or lower than the recommended fee schedule of the BC Psychological Association. Receipts are provided for all payments. Some extended health plans provide reimbursement for psychological services. For eligible families Dr. Fennell will directly bill the Autism Funding Unit for therapy or consultation services. Please note assessment services are not currently covered by AFU. Dr. Fennell does not directly bill extended health plans.

Psychoeducational Assessments

There is a flat fee of $3290 for a psychoeducational assessment. This fee includes an interview with parents or caregivers, review of relevant records, additional information gathering (including teacher input), direct testing (typically 6 hours), scoring and interpretation of results, the provision of a comprehensive report, and a feedback meeting.

Neuropsychological Assessments

The cost of a neuropsychological assessment will vary depending on the nature of the assessment question. Please contact Dr. Fennell for a quote. 

Therapy and Consultation Services

Therapy and consultation services are provided at a rate of $235/hr which is consistent with the current BC Psychological Association Rates.
